Every order is packed carefully and shipped tracked, from our facility to your door.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide only. We currently do not accept international orders.
Dispatch times
Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via reputable Australian couriers. All parcels are tracked end-to-end. Delivery times vary by location — metro orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, regional a little longer.
Packaging
Plain, discreet outer packaging with no product branding visible. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with an insulated liner where appropriate. Lyophilised peptides are stable during short transit at ambient temperatures.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Any current free-shipping thresholds will be shown on your cart before payment.
Delivery issues
If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the tracking update with your order number and clear photos. See our Returns page for how we resolve these.
