Ordering
Browse the shop, select the product and quantity you'd like, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete the payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, we're unable to recall it.
You'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of a successful checkout. If you can't find it, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption, and your payment details are never stored on our servers. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We currently ship Australia-wide only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most metropolitan deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, while regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed, so there are no unexpected charges.
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.
Occasional delays with carriers do happen. If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your parcel is significantly late, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Most peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term use. For further questions dont hesitate to email our support team.
Certificate of Analysis and related batch documentation is available on request for eligible products. Email our support team with your order reference and the item you'd like documentation for.
Products are sourced from vetted manufacturers, handled under controlled conditions, and shipped with appropriate packaging to protect stability during transit. MoonSummit does not make any therapeutic, diagnostic, or efficacy claims about products.

Because of the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we can't accept returns of opened items for reasons other than a fault, incorrect item, or shipping damage. In those cases we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and product. Keep the packaging until your case is resolved so we can lodge a claim with the carrier if needed.

Sign in and open your account settings to update your name, email, shipping address, or password. Changes save immediately.

Our team responds during standard Australian business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm AEST. Enquiries received outside these hours are answered on the next business day.
We aim to reply to all enquiries within 1 business day. Response times can be a little longer around public holidays and peak periods.
